Open to all girls and boys grades K-5
 
A fun intro to martial arts with Coach Alyssa, black belt in taekwondo and brown belt in BJJ! Class includes kicking, striking, blocking, obstacle courses, ninja games and more! Students can earn belts and will break a board at the last class.
