Coach Alyssa will be offering TWO WEEKS of half-day Ten Gems Girls Camp in 2026!
About TenGems Camp
Ten Gems Club (formerly Strong Girls Club) was founded by Alyssa Forgach in Charlotte, NC in 2010, shortly after the birth of her daughter. She wanted to create an empowerment club that would provide a safe space for girls to learn martial arts and self-defense, create new friendships, build confidence, and give back to the community. Ten Gems Summer Camp is committed to bringing a safe and authentic environment to campers, where they can learn, play, and train together. Campers can earn gems for overcoming challenges, achieving goals, helping others, or giving their best effort.
TenGems Day Camp will run 9am-4pm and is open to all girls age 5-10 years old. Middle schoolers can also attend as junior helpers. Camp includes daily themes like Ice Cream Sundae Day and Rainbow Loom Day, as well as daily water play and JustDance.

July 27-31
Camp is located in the Southpark area, close to Southend, Dilworth, Uptown and I-485.
